On 12 June, the U.S. Army announced the award of the Type II Heavy Crane contract to our client, an established manufacturing company in Grove, PA. The contract, a Fixed Price, $192M single award, will provide the next generation of heavy mobile cranes for U.S. Army Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM). The Red Team provided management consulting services, including strategy development and proposal evaluation, to the business development team at Grove. Our knowledge of Army TACOM, commercial manufacturing operations, and government contracting requirements were essential to the support we provided.

Congratulations to the entire team on this impressive win against stiff competition. The Red Team is proud to be a part of their growth!
