Win! U.S. Army Improved Environmental Control Unit (IECU)

The Red Team celebrates the award of a $110M, 5-year manufacturing contract by the U.S. Army to provide Improved Environmental Control Units (IECU). Our client, a small business manufacturer based in Madison, AL, will manufacture, test, and deliver four ECU variants that are designed to replace currently fielded units. The new variants will comply with statutory and regulatory restrictions on the use of Class II Ozone Depleting Chemicals (ODCs). The products will be produced in Madison, AL and in a partner facility in Ohio.

For this project, The Red Team provided technical writing, editing, publishing, illustration and design services, as well as compliance control. Our team supported client requirements on a compressed schedule, working remotely and on-site in Madison, AL.
